The Demolition of Existing Buildings and Associated Site Work

Bid Offer #2: Project Location: 201 South Church Street, Union MO 63084

 

Bids will be received at the office of Union Ambulance District, 211 South Church Street, Union MO 63084, before 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.  Bids received after said time will be returned un-opened. Accepted sealed bids will be opened and read at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 same location. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Bidders must provide two copies of the bid response. The envelope containing the bids must be sealed and bear the name of the project, the bidder, and the date and time of the bid opening. Beginning Monday, August 28, 2023 drawings will be available via request from Archimages, Inc. Electronic documents will be available via email to  nluedloff@archimages-stl.com and available for inspection at Archimages, 143 West Clinton Place, Kirkwood, MO  63122.  Additional sets may be purchased at cost from InDox, 8508 Valcour Ave, St. Louis, MO 63123; (314) 633-4800.  Questions should be directed in writing by email only to Roy Mangan at Rmangan@archimages-stl.com AND Kraig Rollins at Krollins@archimages-stl.com or Faxed to 314-965-7477.  A Pre-Bid meeting at Union Ambulance District, 211 South Church Street, Union MO 63084, will be conducted at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

 

The Union Ambulance District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein and to except the bid most advantageous to the Union Ambulance District.  In addition to being required to comply in all respects with the most current state statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages, Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order Number 29, in accordance with chapter 290 in RSMO, and shall pay all workers performing work under the contract, not less than the prevailing hourly wage is as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri, the successful bidder, and all subcontractors shall be required to participate in an apprentice training programs approved by the United States Department of Labor.  In addition, the successful bidder, and subcontractors, shall recognize and assign work to crafts based upon historical craft jurisdiction.  The Union Ambulance District, hereby notifies all bidders that each will be afforded a full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin. The prevailing wage provision and those other provisions applies to all work performed on site.
